Pretty Stuff

I took Gorden and Adelaide to his school’s book fair one afternoon and they each picked out a book to buy. Gorden got a Harry Potter book and Adelaide got a princess book. Shortly thereafter he was looking at her book when she wasn’t around, and he said outloud, “Adelaide is ‘re-dic-leous.” (Love how he says that word!) I asked him, “Why?” He said, “Because she likes pretty stuff. She’s ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous.”
